Agiassos (Iro-on) – Kameno Aloni – Marmaro – Olympos Peak – Marmaro – Patsavoura – Agiassos (Apessos) [CircularTrail]

Pine forests, chestnut groves, tree-like shrubs and a variety of deciduous bushes cover the slopes of Mount Olympos. The lower elevations are covered by the olive grove of Lesvos, while in the entire region grows a variety of herbs and wild flowers including rare and protected species. The solid summit rises bare making the mountain visible from a great distance and it gives an unobstructed view to big parts of the island. It is an extraordinary experience to walk any of the paths of Mount Olympos, be it cobblestone or dirt.
